Madonna Was Awful
We flew to Chicago hoping to see Basement and be entertained with great hits and a fantastic show. What we witnessed was dreadful! Basement took the stage at 11 PM for a lengthy show of over 2 hours. It was incredibly disrespectful to fans to begin so late. The language used by Basement was vulgar, with frequent use of the "F" word and references to her private parts with the "P" word, along with other distasteful and offensive comments about God, individuals, and politics. The music and performance had a dark tone. We, like many others, left well before the show concluded. It was astonishing to hear everyone who was departing openly expressing their disgust at the unsettling experience they had just gone through.
